'Anikleen' or 'we' or 'us' refers to the Amina Nour Elislam Cleaning Building Services AKA Anikleen. 'You' refers to the user of our services or the viewer of our website.

  4. 4. No partnership, joint venture, or agency is created by these terms and conditions and you cannot link Anikleen in any way.

  5. 5. Anikleen will not be liable for any failure to perform obligations caused by reasons beyond its control.

  10. 10. When you book through Anikleen, we facilitate the cleaning service. Fees paid to cleaners or cleaning company partners after the clean are non-refundable unless there is a company violation.

  11. 11. Anikleen may change rates and fees, posting changes 10 days in advance, but no advance notice is required for temporary promotions or fee reductions.

  12. Anikleen is not responsible for the actions of cleaners or cleaning company partners or users.

  13. 12. Anikleen checks their backgrounds, but users must use caution to protect their personal safety and property. Anikleen is not responsible for damages or missing items during or after using cleaner services.

  14. 13. Anikleen will charge you through the payment method specified on the website for your final bookings. Credit card payment may require pre-authorization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

  15. 14. To cancel a booking, give written notice at least 24 hours in advance to Ani@anikleen.com. Anikleen may charge up to AED 100 for administrative expenses.

  16. 15. Minors under 18 cannot register as users or transact on this website.

  17. 16. Anikleen may penalize cleaning service provider partners for damage to homes or interiors to protect the community, but the client is responsible for their belongings and interiors during cleaning. Cleaners or Anikleen are not responsible for any damage caused during the cleaning session.

  18. 17. If any provision of these terms and conditions is unenforceable or invalid, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary to keep the terms and conditions in full force and effect. Anikleen may transfer, assign, or delegate these terms and conditions without consent.

  19. 18. Anikleen will not trade with or provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries.

  20. 19. Anikleen will send messages via Whatsapp, SMS, email or notifications as means of communication for the purposes of including but not limited to appointment confirmation, appointment updates, and marketing.

  21. 20. Anikleen is a booking platform that acts as an aggregator for different types of home services. The services are, including but are not limited to, home cleaning, PCR test at home, salon services, maintenance, car wash, laundry and dry cleaning, upholstery cleaning, disinfection services, pest control.

  22. 21. Anikleen has contracts with 3rd party partners that are licensed by the relevant authorities.

  23. 22. For the PCR service, Anikleen is only an aggregator of DHA licensed healthcare facilities and does not store any personal healthcare data and information.

  24. 23. All information regarding user medical data is private in nature and it is stored by the DHA-licensed healthcare facilities.

  25. 24. The medical liability is completely on the healthcare facilities. The facilities are the responsible parties for delivering quality healthcare to the users along with the storage of their personal medical data where applicable.

Quality Assurance Program / Quality Control Policy

We conduct random quality inspections on a regular basis to review the quality of our crew members' work while they are on duty.

Here are the 3 methods we use in maintaining the quality checks:

  1. 1. Unannounced Visit - To ensure cleaners are properly uniformed and perform their duties thoroughly and completely.

  2. 2. On-Site Inspection - A walk-thru with the cleaner and/or the client during regular business hours.

  3. 3. Follow-up – A brief telephone call by our customer service agents after your session has been completed.
